Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us within this period.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Customers can request a return using either of the following methods:

Once the request is reviewed and approved, return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner (Delhivery), subject to serviceability and PIN code of the area.

Pickup availability is subject to serviceability of the customer’s location.
Customers are requested to keep the product ready and properly packed for pickup.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes basic quality checks.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery charges (and gift-wrapping charges, if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
We take utmost care in packing products securely before dispatch.
Virgo Foods is not responsible for damage caused during transit by the courier partner.
In case of visible damage at the time of delivery, customers are advised to inform us immediately with photographs so we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges are not encouraged and will be considered only in case of valid reasons, such as receiving an incorrect product or a manufacturing defect.
All exchange requests must be communicated within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Used, opened, or partially consumed products
Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Products with missing or tampered packaging, labels, or seals
Partial returns (item-level) are allowed within the 7-day window.
Return pickup will be arranged only for the approved items.
Virgo Foods reserves the right to accept or reject any return, refund, or exchange request based on product condition and policy compliance.
